Overseas Spa & Golf Membership
(OSGM) at Gokarna Forest Golf Resort & Spa

Facilities & Benefits included are:

• Use of the 18 hole, par 72, Gleneagles Golf Developments designed golf course.
• Use of the Indoor Temperature Controlled Pool, Steam, Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Gym at Harmony Spa, located between the Golf Club House and Cottage Rooms. Family (2 Adults & 2 Children) can use the Spa anytime they are in KTM (as a non resident).
• A discount of 20% on Food & Beverages at designated outlets.
• Facility to introduce accompanying guests at Member's guest rates.
• Membership is inheritable, as well as transferable on payment of the applicable transfer fee.

The Member, the spouse, and 2 children under 18 years old

OSGM valid till 01/01/2015
US$ 2,000 plus taxes (US$ 2,244 including taxes)
INR 90,000 plus taxes (INR 100,980 including taxes)

No Subscription Fee

Criteria:
Overseas Members and their spouse and 2 named children cannot be living in, or resident in, or based in Nepal.
Membership Application form and Declaration Form has to be filled and approved by the Club.

Restrictions
All applicable Rules & Regulations of the Club Apply.
No signing privileges.
Maximum 20 free rounds of golf per year per family member. The 20 rounds is per named member (non transferable). Family members cannot give their rounds to each other. Extra rounds will be discounted - 50% of Green Fees.
All other children below 18 not named as the 2 children in the membership form will get this 50% price.

Payment
Full Payment must be received before Membership is activated.

Additions:
7 (Seven) nights room stay per year for this period can also be bought for an additional US$ 2,244 (INR 100,980) (includes Taxes). This is for one room (2 people). No maintenance, utility or other charges for rooms.

Transfer Info
Membership Transfer fees presently applicable - First membership transfer US$ 135 (INR 6,250). Subsequent transfer at 10% of current membership price.

Normal Fees
For non members - Spa Entry US$20. Children at lower rates.
Green fees on weekends & holidays $50, on other days $40.
